About Us
We started in 1983 and became certified organic in 1987. We're approaching 30 years of milling flours and cleaning wheat. All products contain single ingredients. Flours are not enriched, bleached or bromated. We use heirloom seeds including Kamut, Emmer and Einkorn.
We are FDA inspected and 3rd party accredited, and State of Montana licensed and inspected.
Practices
After cleaning, we mill wheat, rye and spelt. We sell kernals and flakes of other products. We have bi-weekly service from a pest management company. No water is used in processing. We have a waste reduction team.
